Police Citizen Youth Club
Upper Ross PCYC was officially opened in 1991 and has a current membership of 635 (July 08). Under the watchful eye of the Branch Manager (SGT Michael Eadie) the Upper Ross PCYC in the past few years the has gone for a tiny seedling and bloomed into community base, sporting and activity packed sensation, thriving with children, community pride, not to mention health and fitness. We at the Upper Ross PCYC are always welcoming new activities to our club so for more information regarding starting a new activity or joining one of our already great activities please contact on of our friendly PCYC staff members and we will do our best to help you our as much as possible.
 Pulse Hall
The Pulse Hall is the perfect spot for the most pristine function especially wedding reception. With a fully ducted air conditioning system there is no time of the year too hot for your special day. The Pulse Hall is 20m x 12.5m and can comfortably seat 300 guest with rectangle or round tables. There is a retractable wall so caterers may set up in the back room which is ideal for crisp serving time also the hall is fitted out with it's own toilets and sound system. The hall isn't only useful for wedding reception the pulse hall has hosted many events form Ball Room Dancing to 40th Birthday and even self defence/martial arts clinics. Pulse Cafe
What better place for youth to hang out than the Upper Ross PCYC Pulse Cafe. With pool tables and Playstations with a wide range of games available during opening hour there is no friendly and safer place to be, with staff member on premises for 8am - 8pm.
 Sports Hall
The sports hall is available for bookings and exhibits a large stage area with wing and dressing rooms. The hall can seat over 500 people with tables available on request. The floor has been resurfaced (Dec 2007) and there is room for two volleyball courts, four badminton courts, two futsal courts, one Olympic size basketball court and one ANA official size netball court. A curtain divider can be used to divide the hall into two. The URPCYC is also fitted with a full industry grade kitchen and a complete bar – with plenty of storage area, fridge space, and work space, which can be used to cater for hall hire functions including weddings, engagement parties and sporting events such as state boxing titles.
